added options to the options menu for:

• view bob
• screen shake
• camera shake
• inverted y axis

if you launch the game with an existing options.json file, it will default all of these settings to 0 or false because of how C#’s json parser handles missing fields. if you launch the game in a new installation, they will have sensible defaults.
